VISA, MASTER, American Express and JCB cards are accepted.

-About the total amounts
(1)All shipping, insurance and handling charges, etc, are included in the prices.
(2)Though the total amounts are indicated in US$, please note that credit card companies here only allow charges in Japanese Yen and exchange rates fluctuate daily.

-Important notice about the credit card payment
We may delay to update availability on website when you order since customers could order by phone, fax, visiting gallery as well as through website.
Therefore, would you please await confirmation of availability prior to sending your payment.
Please contact to info@mita-arts.com to check availability of any lots. We will reply you soon.
However, if you would proceed to purchase and the ordered lots have been sold, we will promise to delete your credit card information immediately.

-Shipping way
We use EMS (International Express Airmail through Japan Post Office) to customers outside Japan and Yamato Takkyu-bin to customers in Japan.

-About Returns
Every effort has been made to describe the condition of each lot accurately. If you are unsatisfied with any lot in any way, a full and immediate refund will be made to you if you return the lot within 7 days of its arrival (provided the lot is in its original condition).
